Balanced and elegant tannins, nicely integrated oak, gives the wine balance and structure. Ø WINEMAKING Each parcel of fruit is gently crushed and transferred into small open fermenters. Heading down boards keep the cap submerged for better skin contact. The fermenters are temperature controlled to provide optimum conditions. Gentle extraction is achieved by the draining of wine from the skins and returning back over. Wine is then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for maturation. Stave and chip treatment with micro oxygenation for 16 months. Ø TYPICAL ANALYSIS 14.5 % Alcohol Ø FOOD MATCHING Barbecued meats, steak, chocolate, Szechuan cooking and venison.

Redolent of blackcurrant and fresh bay leaves, soft, juicy and finely structured. A great example of this blend so well suited to Margaret River.

The Wines in the Alexander's Vineyard range represent the essence of what Margaret River Winemaking is all about. Their Shiraz is full of rich aromas of sweet berry fruits, mocha, vanilla, spice and cracked pepper followed by a full flavoured body. Finished with soft tannins with hints of chocolate.

Fruit tannin and bold flavours of mulberries and wet slate. A focused core of fine textures and glazed cherries culminates in a mineral and persistent finish.

This wine is largely sourced from a single block of vines planted with Tempranillo, Shiraz and Merlot. With aromas of ripe, fresh summer fruit berries with a hint of lifted violet notes, this is a dry Rosé with balanced acidity. A medium-bodied wine displaying raspberry and strawberry fruit flavours on the palate with a satisfying persistent finish.

'This is a more serious statement of the cabernet merlot blend. It has a firm spine running deep into the fleshy fruit. Lots of blackcurrant and black olive cabernet working with the richer fruitcake depth of the merlot. Firmish tannins and good oak treatment. Fleshy red fruits of strawberries are apparent on the nose - this is bright, fresh and very tempting. The red fruited theme continues on the palate with savoury notes keeping the palate balanced. Cleansing acidity creates a crisp and cleansing finish. In typical Rose fashion, extremely moreish!

Dark ruby red with a violet hue. A lifted bouquet of dark cherries, plum,mulberry and mint combined with layers of spice and distinct coffee like aromas from oak maturation. Elegant with flavours of ripe red and black fruitsand spices dominant with palate. The palate is well-balancedwith a soft mouthfeel and lingering spicy tannins.

Red and black berries and is medium bodied with fine, elegant tannin. This wine has great length and shows sweet spice and dark chocolate notes from measured use of French oak. Julian Langworthy named winemaker of the year 2018 by James Halliday.
