Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. To create this Raspberry gin, whole Raspberries were added to the finished Gin to macerate for 7 days providing a vibrant pink hue and luscious Raspberry character. Alongside more traditional botanicals, strawberry gum and earl grey tea were distilled to complement the raspberries. Boatrocker Raspberry Gin provides a modern twist to a classic G&T (feel free to garnish with fresh or freeze dried raspberries), alternatively, make a 'Pinky' Tom Collins by using Boatrocker Miss Pinky Raspberry Berliner Weisse instead of Soda water!
