Hip Sip is matured in old oak barrels, which integrated well with the ripe berry fruits and generous mouth fill on the palate. Its is blended skilfully across a number of vintages to obtain the optimum colour and complexity in taste, sweet and nutty. Ideal as after dinner nips or with cheese platters.

The cherries and young lambic create a red beer that is both natural and fresh, with an absolutely unforgettable sweet and sour taste. BOON Kriek uses young and old limbic beer that has been aged in oak casks, and after six months, black cherries are added to provoke a second fermentation, resulting in that amazingly unique taste.

Nua is a premium Italian producer of the world famous Prosecco sparkling. This pale yellow sparkling is elegant and crisp, with a fruity bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits. The palate is mellow and textured, and shows an amazing harmony between all aspects of the wine.

Naturally fermented from Australian honey, Daringa Mead possesses an intense aroma of honeycomb and wax, like birthday candles. The palate is unctuous and flavour-rich. This is a big, sticky, spicy old-school mead.
