Grapes sourced from the 6-acre Robinson vineyard where the 25-year-old vines are rooted in black sand over brown sandy loam. North-facing site, harvested early on the 18th February. Warmer & more stable microclimate here generates a fleshier, more satin textured wine. The early harvest & partial malo provide the requisite mouthwatering crunch.A powerful & intense Chardonnay. Mornington Peninsula's Jones Road Chardonnay shows restraint, but a focused style with grapefruit, peach and nectarine notes. Subtle oak maturation flavours tie it all together.

Ten Minutes by Tractor have access to some of the Mornington Peninsula's very best single vineyard sites. The Wallis Vineyard produces a Chardonnay of uptmost power and elegance here. Some delicious texture and weight are great features of this wine where fresh citrus provides contrast on the palate and some nice oak provides the structure.

This Chardonnay has been made from a small single clone block grown in the Robinson Vineyard at Tuerong. A beautiful chardonnay with great aromatics of citrus, white flower and sulphides. An interesting contrast to our Paringa Estate chardonnays from Red Hill vineyards. We have called this wine the Robinson Vineyard to officially recognize where the fruit has come from and to pay my respects to Hugh's efforts for growing such great quality fruit. 2021 is the first release of this wine.

Sandro Mosele works his magic here with the Faultline Chardonnay; the fruit from which is drawn 100% from the Faultline Single Vineyard. Whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented naturally, the complex and textural Chardonnay is matured for 12 months in French oak, of which 30% is new. This is definitely a wine for those Chardonnay hedonists out there.

Great fresh acidity, minerality and a balanced texture. This vibrant wine shows white nectarines, zingy lemon zest and cashews through the palate.

This is a newer world style of Chardonnay showing the elegance of fresh cool climate. Once harvested, the fruit was whole bunch pressed with the un-clarified juice that was fermented with inoculated yeast in seasoned French Oak Barriques. The wine by Paringa Estate was barrel stirred fortnightly during the eleven months of maturation and was sulphured early to retain fruit freshness & prevent malolactic fermentation. The bouquet of this wine is a mix nectarine, citrus/orange and complex sulphide solids aromas. The palate has similar fresh citrus & nectarine fruit flavours along with fine acidity. Chardonnay fruit combined with the complexity of barrel fermentation & maturation.
