Golden in colour, the Charles Orban Brut Blanc De Noirs NV Champagne has a very fresh nose with strong plum and blackberry aromas. It's powerful on the palate, with wild berry aromas enhanced by hints of cinnamon.

Fresh on the nose, with flavors of apples and lemon, as well as hints of peaches. Tasty and smooth, this wine has a real texture, due to its fine bubbles and mineral acidity, as typical for the wines from the Côte des Blancs. On the palate, it evolves towards brioche-like, buttery and toasty flavors, with a touch of thyme and grapefruit on the final.

An extraordinary vintage which is also the year in which the Champagne region was recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site! 2015 followed the continental trend of that decade: a mild, wet winter and a hot, dry summer. The summer, hot and sunny, brought record-breaking temperatures and water stress. The second half of August brought some very welcome rain, giving the vines some much needed relief. Thanks to this fresh finish, the vines produced juicy, ripe and concentrated grapes. Our ambition for this vintage? To capture the concentration which is the hallmark of this spectacular vintage! A rosé created by a long, gentle infusion of Pinot noir that extracts its juicy ripeness while preserving its tremendous saline freshness. In this process, some Chardonnay juices are added to the Pinot noir maceration, to ferment together and achieve the perfect integration of the two grape varieties.

Aromas of yellow fruits, particularly peach, supported by stewed fruits, with a hint of honey and white flowers. Round and subtle on the palate, with notes of peach, cherry plum, and citrus. Freshness, elegance and delicacy are the key attributes of this wine.

This wine might be the most topical we’ve ever had. It’s in our hands entirely because of the global pandemic. An airline we aren’t allowed to name pours this champagne in a section of the plane we aren’t allowed to name. Unless you’ve been living in a cave (not a bad option right now all things considered), you’d be well aware that no one is really flying right now. So someone has to drink this champagne...why not our mofo’s? It’s at an incredible price for a bit of self-care celebrating in this topsy-turvy world. The fizz itself is dry and typical of the NV house style - citrus and brioche with an emphasis on freshness. So kick your feet up, put a movie on a tiny tv right in front of you, and have a glass...it’s the closest thing to a holiday we can get at the moment.

High drinkability, suitable for many occasions, but still with the distinguishable elegance and finesse of a blanc de blancs champagne, smoothness and crisp acidity on the palate.

A pale gold in colour. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wines complexity is expressed in successive notes such as vine peach and white fruits notes. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavours very present on the finish. Serve between 8°C and 10°C.
