It permeates everything we do from our viticultural practices through to our wine making. We’re committed to maintaining a rich, healthy, sustainable and diverse eco-system for our 30 year old vines to thrive in. This in turn is reflected in our minimal intervention winemaking. Our name, derived from the Aboriginal word ‘beeric’, the ‘wild cat’, was bestowed on the Pyrenees region by its traditional custodians, the Dja Dja Wurrung. Their beliefs and dreamtime stories, together with the triskele from our Celtic culture, are proudly depicted on our wine labels. This encompasses both our cultures deep spiritual connection to the earth, water, sky and its creatures – in essence our terroir. Glenlofty GO Pyrenees Chardonnay

Pure delight from the prestigious Blue Pyrenees estate. Delicious aromas of white peach, nectarine and citrus on the nose; lovely stone fruit and creamy French oak on the palate. The finish is mouthwateringly crisp and lively. This premium vineyard in Victoria’s cool Pyrenees district was originally established to provide high quality grapes for Penfolds and Seppelts. These days its remarkable fruit is bottled under its own label, to stunning critical acclaim. It's made by Andrew Koerner (of Blue Pyrenees fame) and his talented band of winemakers and viticulturists. It's superb.

Rothesay Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Cabernet! The 2018 vintage was hot and dry and as such we had very small, but intensely flavoured grapes. Which, as you would expect has produced a fantasticly rounded and flavoured wine! It is fruit driven with smooth tannins and subtle French oak. Blackcurrant and Cherry flavours are the order of the day. Great drinking now and put it away for a few years.
