Dalwood Estate Hunter Valley Semillon

Fragrant, pure and elegant Hunter Valley Semillon from the longest running commercial vineyard in Australia. A little history: George Wyndham arrived in Australia in 1823 and promptly set about assembling vast agricultural holdings stretching from Inverell to the Liverpool Plains. In 1904, Penfolds purchased Wyndham Estate and renamed it Dalwood. 63 years later Perc McGuigan, bought the vineyard and winery and renamed it Wyndham Estate, but the Dalwood brand was sold on to Sam and Christie Arnaout and Sweetwater Wines 50 years later, and so Dalwood Estate proudly announces that it is the birthplace of Australian wine. The wines are made by Bryan Currie of Hungerford Hill. Dalwood Estate Semillon grows in sandy loam soil on the south bank of the Hunter River. The 2022 vintage was cool with ample rainfall. The fruit is fragrant with lemon pith and lime zest; the palate is pure and elegant.

Horner Wines ASH Organic Verdelho

Our Verdelho is made using organic grapes from the Central Ranges region of New South Wales. We start the process with a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to help retain those wonderful tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and passionfruit. This wine is all about the freshness and enjoying on a warm summers day.

Bunnamagoo Estate Chardonnay

A portion of the wine was fermented with indigenous wild strains of yeast and this was blended with traditional barrel fermented and lees-stirred components. The result is a multi-layered wine in the traditional opulent Bunnamagoo style.

Windowrie Estate Pig in the House Pinot Gris

A bright, snappy gris. Fresh and lifted stone fruit aromatics leap out of the glass. The palate is quite soft and supple; apricot cream and lemon pith. There's a little bit of rocky minerality o offer, too. This is classic, generous pinot gris that remains true to style.

Pig in the House Piquepoul Blanc

Aromas of salty sea breeze and golden apple. On the palate the wine is fresh and medium bodied, great balance between fruit weight and acidity, with golden apple notes sitting along side a tropical guava, and pineapple, medium bodied with a medium finish.

Mystery Central Ranges Chardonnay Deal No. 42
