The vineyards that produce this delightful Fiano are located in Manduria, a region of Salento in Apulia, Southern Italy. An evocative wine showing straw yellow colours with gold hues, a warm, and an inviting nose with elegant hints of elder flowers and citrus fruit. It's medium-bodied with a well balanced acidity giving freshness on the palate. Perfectly suits fresh pasta dishes such as spaghetti allo scoglio or linguine alle vongole or with seafood and shellfish. .

This wine displays the depth and balance for which this variety has developed a cult wine personality following. On the nose it displays aromas of guava, citrus and subtle marjoram spice. Wrapping around a core of chalky minerality are flavours of nectarine, citrus, melon and hazelnuts. Monte dei Cocci Fiano Minutolo is the result of traditional winemaking with a modern approach. The fruit is from the heart of Itria Valley in Puglia, grown at 450 metres. The Fiano Minutolo grape is highly aromatic and the wine produced displays flavours and aromas of flowers and sweet herbs with fresh yellow fruit. Highly enjoyable as an aperitive, and perfect with light dishes.
