From their small cellar they produce one of France’s most highly awarded Sancerres’. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime and green apple infused with fresh herbs drift from the glass trailed by some light grassy and stony mineral scents. Lime and green apple fruits abound on the intensely flavoured palate underscored by fresh acidity. Good textural volume in the mouth with herbaceous grassy characters and stony mineral elements lying underneath. The dry, refreshing finish showing ample length. Drink over the next 3-4 years. Domaine Daniel Chotard Sancerre

A great expression of Sauvignon Blanc, with plenty of tomato vine and flinty character, with a lick of passionfruit and stonefruit. Ripe and expressive, with great citrus characters. Great weight and texture.

Pale yellow color. Intense nose of exotic fruit favors, peach and wild flowers. A soft yet refreshing palate. Enjoy the feeling of eating a ripe sauvignon berry while tasting this wine. Pair it with white fish and fruits! Delicious.
