Ricasoli "Brolio" Tuscany Chianti Classico Riserva
Corzano e Paterno Chianti Terre di Corzano
Poggiotondo Chianti
Poggiotondo is in western Tuscany and has been certified organic since 2014. Made from grapes grown on six individual parcels from the best vineyard sites, this wine has flavours of ripe cherries balanced by grainy, classic Chianti tannins. The grapes were destemmed and gently crushed then fermented in concrete tanks just with their native yeasts, after two weeks they were pressed and the wine went into large casks and concrete tanks to do the ageing This wine is a deep garnet red in the glass.. On the nose, dried oregano aromas are entwined with dark and red cherries. Ripe cherries on the palate are balanced with grainy tannins so typical of traditional Chianti, with a vibrant, fresh acidity on the finish.
Maretti Chianti
A beautifully styled and expressed Chianti, with a complex bouquet showing cherry, baking spice and almond meal, rounded out with gamy nuances. Perfectly balanced on the palate, it has fine tannins and a long, dry finish. Perfect with pastas, grilled chicken and mild cheeses.
Santa Margherita Chianti Classico
Santa Margherita Chianti Classico hails from the historic Tuscan region of Chianti; the spiritual home of Sangiovese. This exciting Sangio has an intense ruby red colour with faintly garnet tones. The initial aromatic sensations are sweetish and vanilla-like, typical of wines matured in barriques. The clean, ethereal bouquet then highlights Sangioveses spicy notes. On the palate we again find very well integrated oak which soon gives way to hints of wild berry fruit preserve and to that nuance of spices we perceived on the nose.
Fontodi Vigna del Sorbo Chianti Classico
Fontodi is located in the heart of Chianti Classico precisely in the valley which lies south of the town of Panzano and is called the “Conca d’Oro” (the golden shell) because of its amphitheatre shape. A genuine and characteristic “Terroir”, famous for centuries for its tradition of quality wine cultivation, thanks to a unique combination of high altitude, calcar clayschist soil, lots of light, and a fantastic micro-climate – warm and dry with a marked difference in day and night-time temperatures. Vigna del Sorbo has is pure Sangiovese from old vines soures in one of the vineyards of Fontodi. Only natural methods are used. Ageing takes place in French oak barrels for 24 months.

Babo Chianti
Winemaker Justin Bubb splits his year between Tasmania (Pooley Wines) and Tuscany, where he makes a delicious collection of wines under the Babo label. There are a couple of firsts here; this is the first Chianti to be bottled under screwcap and it's one of the first to be bottled in a Burgundy bottle as opposed to the traditional Claret shape (for the Fiasco wicker bottle!) For this Chianti-Beaujolais hybrid, Justin has employed whole berry fermentation with roughly 30% carbonic maceration, simply fermented and then raised in concrete vats for six months. It's a wonderfully bright and aromatic Sangiovese with notes of raspberry and red cherry, good texture and lightweight tannins, with sappy acidity and a thirst quenching finish.
Donna Lorenza Chianti DOCG
The Chianti Classico DOCG wine has a deep vinous flavour and a vivid red colour. Dry and citrusy at first, the flavour gradually transitions to smooth velvet.
