Bleasdale Frank Potts Langhorne Creek Cabernet Blend

Bleasdale is “one of the most historic wineries in Australia ... in 2015 celebrating 165 years of continuous winemaking by the direct descendants of the founding Potts family.” (James Halliday). Last year, winemaker Paul Hotker, a “master blender” , was named Halliday’s Winemaker of the Year. This “clever” 96pt blend shows his skill and style. “Clever cabernet-dominant blend incorporating malbec, franc, merlot and petit verdot to great effect. Red and black fruited, leafy cabernet, fine savoury tannins, line and length to burn. Gold at the National Wine Show ‘17 speaks volumes ... 96pts” (Halliday).

Ravensthorpe Limestone Coast Cabernet Sauvignon

The Limestone Coast was under the sea for over 25 million years. Fast-forward one million years, the region rose out of the sea and fossils helped form the prized red soils (‘terra rossa’) for which the Limestone Coast is famous. Enjoy intense aromas of bllackberry, blackcurrant, plum, mint and spice, and a concentrated palate with a rich, long, smooth finish. Superb!

RedHeads The Red Sedan Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

Baily & Baily Cabernet Merlot

The Silhouette range of wines produced by Baily & Baily reflect the fun loving nature of our approach to wine; we've used the rhyming of Bingo Calls to name our wines. Enjoy No 46: Up to Tricks. This Cabernet Merlot shows dark berry fruit aromas that flow onto the palate along with plum fruit flavours and soft lingering tannins.

Berton Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Berton Vineyard had a humble start in 1996, but through the years set its own imprint in the Australian wine scene. Emphasizing more on the "beauty of simplicity" , like The Berton Vineyard Metal labels, we have great examples of single varietal wines attributing the classic characteristics of single varietal wines with a delicate twist. The Berton Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the Metal Labels collection is deep in colour and violet hues, intense aromas of red berry fruits, sweet blueberry jam and a gentle touch of vanilla delivers from the oak treatment. On the palate, subtle fine tannins blend gracefully with the distinct flavours black currant, smoky liquorice and well-integrated oak.

The Woodworks Cabernet Merlot

ANIMAL Love Cabernet Sauvignon South Eastern Australia

One of our absolute favourites, our Cabernet Sauvignon is matured in oak casks for that light vanillin oak finish. Its a lively red with a smooth finish, presenting fine velvety tannins and an intense blackcurrant jam flavour on the palate. Despite its complexity it is a great easy-drinking red, but we recommend it paired with hearty, meaty dishes such as a lasagne, steak or a cheese platter.
