The palate has an enticing mix of cloves and spices with a little blackcurrant character. The palate is generous with silky tannins and nice creamy oak with a lovely delicious finish.
Arundel Farm Estate Shiraz 2016 Sunbury
This Shiraz was hand-picked and 10% whole bunch fermented along with crushed and destemmed fruit. It flaunts a beautiful ruby hue upon being poured into a glass. The bouquet is intense, exuding pepper, herbs and spices. These fragrances pave the way for a finely-structured palate offering black cherry, subtle smokey and game flavours that are complemented by powerful tannins, eventually culminating in a lingering finish.
