Billecart Salmon Champagne Vintage

Founded in 1818 through the marriage of Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, the Champagne house of Billecart-Salmon is one of the few still owned by the original family. Located in Mareuil-ser-Ay, the house is one of the Grande Marque Champagnes. Sleek acidity firms this tightly meshed 2007, a racy frame for flavors of crème de cassis, toast, ground ginger and candied lemon zest. Long and minerally on the finish.
