The resulting wine is laden with racing acidity and brilliant florals and a whiff of lime and lemon zest. The palate is subtly sweet, with concentrated pit fruit and honeydew flavours braced by tangy lemon zest. Blends sweetness and cut smoothly, finishing with excellent clarity and persistence.
