Dal Zotto are owned and managed by the Dal Zotto family where their vineyards, winery and cellar door lie cradled in the tranquil King Valley in the foothills of the spectacular Victorian Alps of northeast Victoria. Their Arneis shows all the trademark lifted aromatics and crunchy acidity of its Italian cousins. Enjoy with great company and a plate of seared scallops.

Morris Liqueur Muscat

Christmas in a bottle, this is a superb Rutherglen liqueur muscat. The colour has a slightly olive, aged tinge, and the fabulous nose has beautifully concentrated scents of raisins, spices, plum pud, roasted almonds and Siena cake. It's seductively sweet and smooth in the mouth, with a luscious raisin and nutty aftertaste. Fortified wines were perfected in the 1700s and were popular as they were able to withstand long sea journeys. A wine becomes fortified when a neutral spirit is added during the fermentation process. The Yarra Valley experiences cool ripening conditions just like the Whitlands vineyard. The vineyard selection contributes to a tight style with wonderful fig and mealy characters typical of a cool climate Chardonnay.
