The wine is deep and dark in colour with big, juicy aromas with a hint of vanilla and French oak. This juiciness is continued onto the palate with raspberries, dark stone fruit and some light tannins. The structure is super smooth leading to a long, elegant finish.

This limited release Patronus The Fawn Semillon was crafted from a select vineyard in the beautiful Barossa Valley. The wine is fresh, fruit forward and crisp with enticing aromas of fresh citrus, crisp apple and a hint of passionfruit. An enjoyable wine with balanced acidity and length. Spinifex Papillon is a vibrant and luscious red from the Baross Valley that is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Mataro. Made in the typical modern Australian mould, the Papillon is bright and aromatic with lifted cherry, red currant and spicy raspberry. A very perfumed wine with earthy flavours of beetroot and white pepper which lends itself to being a terrific food style wine with lovely acid structure and a medium weight.
