Nectarine, apple, lemon peel and a hint of nougat, it’s juicy and rounded in the mouth. Bright fruit flavours backed by refreshing acidity, easy to reach for a second glass.

An elegant and age-worthy barrel-ferment style, Terre à Terre Sauvignon Blanc shows attractive lemon-rind and nettle notes complemented by mid-palate creamy texture and gunflint complexity. The wine is barrel-fermented in a mix of barriques and large 600L demi-muids. Maturation then takes place over 6-9 months to build texture and complexity.

Gentle aromas of lime, white nectarine, light toastiness. The palate is crisp, with good acidity and a decent body. Vaguely reminiscent of Chablis.

Melon, apples and a hint of grapefruit on the nose. The palate is rich, full of flavour, more peach and spice. Lovely length and balance.

Wise Wolf Limestone Coast Chardonnay displays a wonderful bouquet of white stone fruits, green melon and nougat. The palate is a smooth mix of white peaches, nutty flavours followed by a gentle vanilla oak.

Colour : Pale Straw. Aroma : Freshly cut apple and pear with hints of baking spices. Palate : Light but lively with tropical notes and freshness.

The follow up vintage to the Trophy-winning 2019, and one that clearly shares the same DNA and class. Its richness will please those that prefer a traditional style.Pale and bright. White peach, grapefruit, pineapple and toasty oak aromas. Full-flavoured, rich and creamy with a core of rockmelon and peaches and cream, tight green apple acidity and toasty oak on the rich finish.

Dark fruits, medium bodied with fragrant spice, finishing with gentle tannins.
