Brookdale Semillon comes from Tyrrell's famous HVD vineyard which was planted in 1908. It nearly always produces Semillon that are floral, softer, and more approachable. The floral nose leads into a palate that is seamlessly balanced between soft Semillon fruit characters and a clean, light finish.

A multi-national blend of Hunter Valley and Marlborough, it is a classically expressive blend combining the tropical high notes of Sauvignon Blanc with the wonderful length and definition of Semillon. A vibrant and lively well balanced palate with a long and crisp finish.

The Fish Cage Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is from the bank of the Hunter River. A blend of two classic varietals; where the Semillon brings aroma of lemon curd, lime leaf and a textured lanolin palate; the Sauvignon Blanc adds exotic tropical fruit with juicy acidity. The Army Block Semillon is an isolated parcel from the renowned Black Cluster Vineyard and handpicked to minimise skin contact and preserve the fresh, delicate flavours of the variety. The palate displays an elegant mineral line with refreshing and crisp pine/lime flavours. Excellent whilst young or will develop very rewarding toasty, honey characters with careful long-term cellaring up to 10 years.

2022 was a wet season in the Hunter region with over 180 millimetres ofrain in February alone. Mild weather and cooler conditions delayed harvestuntil the sun and welcoming winds dried out the vineyards. All was not lost,as the longer season introduced excellent flavours, natural acids and complexity into the wines. This single vineyard wine from Cael’s Gate was created from vines plantedin 1978. Elegant and restrained, this wine shows lemon peel, lime zest andoatmeal nuances. It is concentrated and finely flowing in the mouthdelivering delicate fruit intensity with linear mouth feel and racy acidity.Firmly structured and focused with an impressively long sleek finish.
