Margaret River is a world renowned Chardonnay producing region and Pierro can rightfully stake a claim as to why. A flavour cavalcade of matchstick, citrus, white peach and grapefruit alongside a subtle toasty, nutty aspect from the sublime oak regime. Fruit sourced from the best parts of our vineyard, and treated with respect. We let the wine speak for itself with wild fermentation and maturation in French oak, and assisted it with regular lees stirring and topping. A reflection of the region.

CULLEN WINES Legacy Series Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River The Legacy Sauvignon Blanc in Cullen's artisanal range of wines defines the highest quality and sets the direction for the Cullen Wines brand. The conditions for the 2019 vintage created wines of incredible aromatics and elegance, yet with great power. Light gold with green tinges in colour, the aromatics whirl with notes of freshly cut grass, blueberries, lemon, and kaffir lime. The palate has a bright and refreshing acidity, trailing through with crisp lemon, kaffir lime, and an excellent mouthfeel and texture. There is a beautiful phenolic tension driving the flavours right to the back palate. Tremendous length and agility with enduring perfume and charm. An iron fist in a velvet glove.

As ever a distinguished wine, with a particular texture engendered by its citrussy acidity: the heavy lifting is provided by the immaculate white peach and pink grapefruit of a palate that is intense yet delicate, delicacy stemming from the way the wine flows through the mouthfeel and long finish.

Moss Wood is one of the oldest Margaret River wineries and has an enviable reputation for high quality, stylish wines that are true to place.
