Curly Flat Pinot Noir
Curly Flat's Pinot Noir is a cool climate classic with subtle cherry notes and fine grained tannin that give this Pinot Noir a succulent and moorish quality. The 2005 vintage is arguably Curl Flat's best Pinot Noir ever produced. This is due to a very cool February followed by a very warm Autumn which is fantastic conditions from grape ripening. This gives the wine a solid palate with a layered structure, ample tannins resulting in great mouth feel and a long lingering finish. Enjoy this fantastic wine now!
Kellermeister Wild Witch Shiraz
Kellermeister's Wild Witch has garnered a cult following over the past years due to the brooding, rich, full-bodied and limited nature of the Barossa classic. The inky, viscous, foreboding black fruit is sourced from low-yielding, dry grown vineyards specially selected for producing the very best Kellermeister can get their hands on. Resting for two years in the finest French oak to really develop its flavour and character. Almost 'magical'.
Domaine Cosse Maisonneuve Les Laquets
COSSE MAISON NEUVE Les Laquets, Cahors Rouge 100% Malbec. A nose marked by black fruits and a mouth on blackberry, blueberry and black cherry. A silky material with a remarkable tannin. The juice is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with several piegages. The wine then spends up to two years in barrels before being bottled without filtering.
Paradise IV Dardel
Deep magenta in colour: aromatic and lifted with an array of scents that include: blood plum, red berries, smoky charcuterie, cinnamon, Szechuan pepper and the sweet smell of sous bois lingering in the background. This wine has grace and refinement yet it also shows restrained power. It becomes even more complex and tight with decanting and breathing for an hour or more. Dardel 2014 will be one of Paradise IV longest lived wines.
Saltram No 1 Shiraz

Oakridge 864 Syrah
The 864 range of wines by David Bicknell at Oakridge showcase the very best vineyards at the disposal of this talented winemaker. The 864 Syrah is sourced from a vineyard that is located at the foot of the Warramate Hills at Coldstream and face due north, taking full advantage of the cool Yarra Valley sunlight. The soils are built on grey-loam alluvial with both high clay and ironstone content. This results in a Syrah that displays a bright purple colour in the glass which is followed up with aromas of ripe red fruit and subtle anise. The palate has a core of sweet Shiraz fruit showing red and black berries and a tannin structure that is both velvety and smooth.
