Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne Non-Vintage

Black Duck Durif

Sam Trimboli LOVES Durif. He calls it a “stunning little powerhouse grape that develops astounding complexity”. The numberplate on his car even sports the word ‘Durif’, that’s how highly he rates it. The grapes for this wine come from a small vineyard that Sam helped establish in the 1980s and is now at peak maturity.

Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve

Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve is one of the most popular of all non vintage Champagnes. Billecart is renowned for its purity of fruit and fine, elegant structure. A beautiful aperitif style. Once described as like tiny diamonds exploding on the tongue.Every effort is made to include a gift box with delivery, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Pommery Grand Cru

Fermented, aged and released in the same magnum bottle, only fruit from 7 Grand Cru vineyards is used to craft a blend of equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which spends over 4 years ageing on lees plus 6 months post disgorgement. Further gentle ageing takes place until deemed ready for release by the Cellar Master. It displays a multitude of citrus, white and red fruits, linked by a common thread of minerality producing a mature complexity, elegance and length.

La Plancheliere Rose Bagnum

This Medium-dry Rose shows attractive floral aromas and delicate red berry flavours. An emblematic Rose from the Loire Valley. Serves perfectly lightly chilled on its own, with fruity desserts or Asian cuisine.

St Hallett Faith Shiraz Bagnum

Faith Shiraz is a vibrant and expressive example of Barossa Shiraz. An accessible, juicy and fruit driven wine, Faith's vibrant yet dense purple hue hints at the generosity of fruit within. The bouquet is lifted with bright cherry fruit characters and a hint of chocolate with enticing spice notes. This is followed by dark berry fruits that combine with a lively palate entwined with pepper spices and chocolate tones. A long savoury finish is coated in soft tannins to complete this rich and generous palate.

Château Margaux

A 1st Growth of the highest order, Château Margaux is one of the original 1st growths classified in the Médoc and is arguably the most important of the region. Producing only some 33,000 cases of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaux consistently produces wines that are among the finest examples of the vintage. 2009 is regarded as one of the finest in recent memory in the region and 'normal' wines form the Margaux appellation are being heralded as truly exceptional. One can only speculate how magnificent the Château Margaux will be in 15-20 years time, if one can be patient enough!

Château Pavie Macquin

From a 37-acre vineyard, Château Pavie Macquin is stunningly situated on the clay-limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion on the right bank of Bordeaux. 2010 has produced a formidable wine: a blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a top release of the harvest year and a highlight from St-Émillion in 2010. Tannins, restraint and inward concentration are motifs, this is a wine for the patient, sophisticated collector who wishes to embellish a cellar with pedigree wines that need time and maturity to come to the fore.

Le Pin

One of the most expensive Bordeaux wines - and indeed, one of the priciest anywhere - Le Pin is a surprisingly recent arrival on the global stage, with its first vintage having been produced just decades ago in 1979. Originally priced at a modest 700 francs, the praise garnered by the 1982 vintage propelled Le Pin into the global limelight, with sales from that point on par with - or exceeding - those of First Growth Bordeaux wines. An exotic style of Bordeaux, Le Pin possesses a resplendent, lavish mouth-feel with intensely ripe fruit aromas and hints of smoke on the palate.
