The winery, found in Montagny-les Beaune, lies in the centre of one of the world's most respected and historic winemaking regions. Belaire Brut Gold is a versatile wine, ideal for pairing with nearly any cuisine and achieves a perfect balance of fresh Chardonnay fruit, a hint of peach, pear and brioche, and a refreshing dry finish. For the dosage, we use organic sugarcane, bringing structure and length to the wine, and recreating a style popularized in the Années folles - France's 1920s artistic and cultural renaissance.

The first whiff of this restrained Sauvignon Blanc indicates a departure from the hugely aromatic styles of Marlborough. It has a delicate floral nose with an inkling of Indian spice while the fruit is more stone-fruit than tropical. The palate is elegant, texturally soft with a mouthfeel of freshness and breadth. The cool climate of the Loire produces wines with distinctive freshness, a lean acidity and a spicy or steely spine.

An elegant Southern French Chardonnay that combines volume and freshness. White flowers on the nose evolves into notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruits on the palate with a lingering mineral finish. A lovely accompaniment to white fish and pasta dishes. Best served slightly chilled.

An elegant and fresh nose of black cherry with hints of toasted hazelnut. On the palate, a beautiful fruitiness enhanced by a very pure structure that fills the mouth, despite light tannins. Carried by its freshness, this dominant of very ripe cherry stretches in length, then evolves on notes of roasted hazelnuts.

This delicate process preserves the structure of the wine and its aromatic qualities with no need to add extra aromas. Mouton Cadet Select, is the result of the selection from the best parcels of highest terroirs across the Bordeaux region. Created in 1930, by Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Mouton Cadet has become a standard-setter for Bordeaux wines in France and rapidly overseas. The nose initially reveals black cherry, very ripe red fruit notes, hints of mocha and spice. From a supple and voluptuous attack on attractive fruit, the mid-palate displays powerful flavours with forward red fruit, leading into a long and spicy finish.
