This wine impresses with its depth, detail and exceptional value. However, availability is limited due to its small production, second only to the tiny 0.41-hectare plot of Clos des Hospices dans Les Clos. The wines are certified organic and vegan-friendly, further adding to their appeal. A delicate ‘Provencal’ style rose with wonderful aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus. Cuvee Bijou Terre de Providence has a light, crisp and fresh palate. It is a full-flavoured rose and has a silky, smooth finish.

This Pinot Noir is a brilliant expression of the land from which it is made. It has fruit forward flavours of strawberry and raspberry with a long, smooth finish.

The 2001 La Turque is a vineyard-designated wine from a parcel inside the lieu-dit Côte Brune. It is a blend of 93% Syrah and 7% Vigonier. Meaty and rich, laced with Asian spice, espresso, blackberries, and cherry. An earthy, powerful, tannic wine with a long, heady, rich finish. Give it at lease 2-5 years in the cellar, and drink before 2040. One of the finest wines in Dan Murphy's Cellar Release Range.
