An icon of the Barossa, Wolf Blass remembered through the fantastic range of value for money wines his winery continues to produce. The Eaglehawk Chardonnay has a bouquet that is lifted, tropical notes, peach characters, and subtle oak integration. The palate is medium weight, with rich fruit flavours and a backbone of supporting oak and crisp acidity.

Eaglehawk Sparkling Brut is refreshing and flavoursome with lively bubbles. This wine shows zesty citrus and sherbet aromas and flavours of apple and melon.

Forester Estate Chardonnay is a refreshing fruit-driven wine. Pale lemon green in colour with intense roasted nuts, honey, ripe peach and a hint of smoky oak with lingering MLF on the nose. It is medium body with similar profile from the nose. Classic acidity structures with a toasty yet deliciously creamy finish.

Penfolds Maxs Chardonnay is a tribute to former Chief Winemaker Max Schubert, a legend in Penfolds history. Pale straw in colour with green hues, this wine has a very nice textural and creamy palate with a soft line of acid fading ever so slowly to a distant palate horizon.

Many feel that the 2021 vintage in the Yarra Valley was one of the best in recent memory, and with wines like this delicious Chardonnay it's easy to see why.Bright mid yellow. Oyster shell and wet rock over white peach and grapefruit. Vibrant and intense with a crisp citrus and stonefruit core, supported by subtle toasty oak. A cracking aromatic white blend that bursts with citrus, green herbs, with slight honeyed notes. The palate is bright but with time spent on lees it has built some weight and texture without compromising flavour. A vibrant fruit palate is balanced by a well judged line of acidity. This is a very satisfying and fuller flavoured fresh white wine, perfect with light seafood dishes or even roast pork belly with creamy mash.
