The toasty nutty flavours of the oak perfectly complement the rich melon peach varietal characters of the grape in this full-flavoured Chardonnay.

McGuigan uses premium parcels of fruit from famous regions across South Australia were blended to produce the balanced style and flavour profile of this harmonious wine. The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed, with selected parcels then fermented on French and American oak prior to blending.

This is a full flavoured Chardonnay, exhibiting ripe fruit flavours of peach and melon and hint of nougat for complexity. Finishes smooth with good length.

Elephant in the Room Chardonnay is medium, deep straw yellow in colour with a highly expressive nose of ripe peach and melon aromas, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst peach, guava and melon flavours with a rich and soft texture building to a mouthcoating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

Temple Bruer is one of the leading lights when it comes to Preservative Free wines. Joining the already outstanding Preservative Free Cabernet Merlot, the Shiraz has all the hallmarks of great Langhorne Creek Shiraz with a rich, velvet mouthfeel of red berries with a hint of coffee bean.
