Bluecoat American Gin

A revolutionary dry gin that leads with refreshingly sweet citrus aromatics, giving way to soft and earthy juniper notes. The body is intensely smooth with a complex depth of flavours that reveal themselves as they permeate the palate. The bright citrus finish is exceptionally long and completes an experience that is incredibly pleasing to the senses. The original American Dry Gin, Bluecoat is in a class by itself. Bluecoat exclusively utilizes 100% organic juniper berries, which transmit spicy, earthy notes as opposed to the pungent pine-tree flavours of regular berries. A premium blend of organic American citrus peels and spices complements the rich juniper notes, giving Bluecoat its classic citrusy finish. Creates the perfect All-American G&T or a Liberty Martini and is always garnished with an orange.

Hartshorn Distillery Hartshorn Gin Sheep Whey

Besides the Juniper, my aim with this Gin was to only use Tasmanian native botanicals. I discovered some very impressive native berries, leaves and seeds however they could only be wild harvested which meant I could not get enough quantity to make it practical enough for an ongoing production. I have still been able to use some Tasmanian native botanicals however I have now broadened the list to only Australian native botanicals (plus the Juniper). The use of 6 Native Australian botanicals with 3 of them never used before in any other Gin is found in this Gin.All of the botanicals are vapor infused which is a technique not used too often with Australian Gins. Vapor infusion (as opposed to steeped) will give the Gin a much more delicate and subtle bouquet. The Gin was designed to have a Beautiful smell. There will be delicate petal and citrus aromas with a hint of freshly cut hay.

Seven Seasons Bush Apple Gin

It tastes a little like berries and orange blossoms, but the newest gin on the block is a blush stunner created using native Australian ingredients. Seven Seasons Bush Apple Gin with its balanced juniper flavours and jammy notes is a pure delight, perfect for a pink-hued G&T or for mixing in a negroni.Seven Seasons heroes native Australian ingredients. Following the sustainable lores of the land, and using what is bountiful in nature, they make sure those ingredients are there again next year, and the year after that. Bush Apple Gin is a product of Monsoon Season, when the heavy rain starts, crocs lay their eggs and the barramundi are flourishing. It’s also the time the fruit of the bush apple is ready to be picked from the treetops.

South Coast Distillery Breakwater Navy Strength Gin

Breakwater is the signature gin, inspired by classic London Dry Gin and our love of the coast. Enhanced traditional bright pine and herbal notes of juniper with crisp flavours of whole grapefruit while angelica and dandelion roots impart a lingering salty savouriness. The unique blend evokes the tang of sea spray at the breakwater, or catching the first ocean wave of summer - intense, exhilarating and calling you right back in again. Breakwater offers a bold flavour profile that’s smooth enough to enjoy neat. Also perfect in a dry martini or negroni.

Mars Wa Bi Damask Rose Gin

The original gin is blended with beautiful rose water which is made with organic and local Damask rose flower, which is considered the queen of roses.
