From the stable of Devils Lair, Fifth Leg is a blend of Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot that is a soft and supple drink-now style. The quality of the Margaret River fruit gives it flavour which will appeal to the serious red wine drinker as well.

Penfolds Bin 407 began life back in 1993 with the release of the 1990 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon. Created as a result of the availability of high quality Cabernet fruit, Bin 407 is inspired by its older brother, Bin 707. Restrained red fruit with a background of menthol, leather and tobacco on the nose leads to a big mouthful of cherries, vanilla and plums with good intensity. A nicely balanced wine, drinking very well.

This Pinot Noir from the home of the long white cloud offers ripe red berry fruit aromas of cherries and vanilla with spicy undertones. The palate is rich in flavours of cinnamon, rhubarb, tamarilllo and red cherries shine through. The tannins are velvety with a long finish. Ideally suited to drink with figs, swiss cheese and dark chocolate.
