Aftergoing through a 10 day fermentation on skins, it was transferred to acombination of new, 2nd and 3rd use French oak barrels, of which 15%were new. It spent 15 months in barrel prior to blending. A warm and dry summer produced small berries with rich andconcentrated flavours. The blending of the three sub regions of Clarendon,Blewitt Springs and Seaview allowed us to maintain a wine of purity andvibrancy. AROMA: Dark cherries, plum, spice, perfume, flowers and dark chocolate.
