RODENBACH Alexander

RODENBACH Alexander is brewed at the RODENBACH brewery in Roeselare, in the province of West Flanders. This mixed fermentation beer consists of two thirds beer that was matured in oak casks for 24 months and one third young beer, and has been subjected to maceration with sour cherries. This extraordinary beer with its unique, balanced palate, complex finish and subtle fruit and wood notes is undoubtedly one of the best sour ales RODENBACH has ever created. It was brewed for the first time in 1986 on the occasion of Alexander Rodenbachs 200th birthday and is now back by popular demand to the delight of beer lovers here and abroad.

Maisels Weisse Original Hefeweizen

The fresh bouquet of choice yeast and pleasant fruit tones combine at the first taste with the mild flavors of malt, fruit and fragrance of cloves with a hint of nutmeg. The slightly fruity, full-flavored wheat beer fragrance typical for Maisel's Weisse, is then revealed in the aftertaste.

Leffe Blonde Ale

Leffe Blonde is a Belgian Abbey Ale, golden in colour. It has a delicate aroma of smoked bacon which combines beautifully with the more obvious aromas of caramel and toffee which are derived from the special ''Aromatic'' malts used. These malts go through a special kilning process which dries and cures the malt at high temperatures resulting in high soluble sugar levels giving Leffe its distinctive colour, aroma and flavour.

Rochefort 6 Trappist Belgian Ale

In the nose, hints of mocha and caramel and a yeasty herbalness (cloves, pepper) are rounded off with a slightly sour taste. You can taste biscuit, caramel and pear, beautifully balanced with a slightly roast bitterness and a touch of cloves. In the finish, the pearls flow away and culminate in a rounded dry taste.

Schneider Weisse Tap 5 Meine Hopfen - Weisse Weizen Doppelbock

Hoppy fireworks - a new wheat beer style. Shiny golden, slightly reddish strong wheat doppelbock. An intense floral aroma of tropical fruit and pineapple. An exotic fruity sweetness meets with fireworks of hops. This extreme wheat beer shows how far wheat beer taste can go and pairs very well with spicy food.TAP5 Meine Hopfenweisse shows how far wheat beer can go. This specialty was created by the crazy idea of a transatlantic brewing project between Garrettt Oliver (brewmaster at Brooklyn Brewery, New York) and our brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler.

Possmann Appler Cider

Possman Pure Apple Cider is 4.2% ABV. Kelterei Possman sources their fruit exclusively from 800+ farmers in the Hessen region of Germany. The typical farmer has 3 to 15 native trees on their land that are not part of a cultivated orchard. This gives a unique rich flavour to their Ciders and Apple Wines.

Westmalle Trappist Tripel (Case)

Westmalle Tripel is a clear, golden yellow colour Trappist beer. It undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle. A complex beer with a fruity aroma and a nice nuanced hop scent. It is soft and creamy in the mouth, with a bitter touch carried by the fruity aroma. An exceptional beer, with a great deal of finesse and elegance. And with a splendid long aftertaste. This beer has been brewed in the Westmalle abbey since 1934. The current brewing process has remained unchanged until 1956.

Westmalle Dubbel (Case)

The dark, reddish-brown Trappist beer from Westmalle contains, thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, a rich and complex taste that is characterized by malty and fruity notes with a fresh bitter finish. The monks of Westmalle have been brewing a dark Trappist beer in addition to their existing meal beer since 1856. In 1926 they adjusted the recipe and brew the beer a bit heavier by doubling the ingredients. This is how the beer got its name Dubbel, although many often simply call it Trappist. That recipe is still the basis for the Westmalle Dubbel that we know today.
