A Retief Tumbarumba Chardonnay
Alex Retief is making some really exciting wines from different regions in NSW. The Chardonnay, from Tumbarumba in the pristine Snowy Mountains of NSW, was fermented and matured on leeas for 18 months in new French barriques, but the palate is still tight and austere. A delicate and subtle wine, full of white peach, flint and mineral saltiness.
McWilliams McW 480 Estate Pinot Grigio
MCW 480 wines are sourced from cool climate regions averaging an elevation of 480 metres. Here, the vines thrive in rich doses of sunlight to develop intense flavours whilst cooler temperatures at night promote freshness and fragrance. Finishing long and dry, this Pinot Grigio presents lifted aromatics of citrus and pear.

Versatile and designed to compliment food this style of Sauvignon Blanc shines. Produced from fruit grown in the western foothills of the Snowy Mountains. This Sauvignon Blanc required the full season to ripen; this long process developed intense passionfruit and pawpaw aromas, with a palate of grapefruit and fabulous natural acidity that ensures a crisp clean finish.

Fume Blanc is produced from Sauvignon Blanc and is barrel fermented in french oak barriques. The beautiful Fume aroma of toasted oak is matched with tropical Sauvignon fruit.
Hungerford Hill Classic Tumbarumba Pinot Gris
Grown in the cool climate of Tumbarumba, the variety expresses honeysuckle and peppery notes. Wonderfully aromatic and textural.
