Lumiere Sur Lie Koshu Hikari

Lumiere Sur Lie Koshu Hikari 2015 is fresh and mineral produced under the Sur Lie method. Green apple nose with lemon, and herbal aromas, light body but intense citrus flavours, and complex mineral notes. Subtle long finish. This is a wine that will lift up flavours of dishes.

Lumiere Les Enfants Koshu Shiro

Les Enfants Koshu Shiro 2015 is light with a soft aroma of pear and freshness of lemon or green apple. Very subtle character of oak is nicely blended. This is a well detailed white wine that pairs well with Sweet Miso Grilled Cod, Creamy Chicken or Camembert Cheese.

This Bourgogne Blanc comes from parcels situated exclusively within the Meursault commune and bordering the land classified as Appellation Meursault Villages. The soil is a clay limestone mix and the subsoil is gravel. As with our Villages and Premiers Crus parcels, the soil is ploughed and partially grassed. The wine-making and maturing processes are identical to those of our Villages and Premiers Crus wines.

Dog Point Chardonnay

Dog Point from Marlborough in New Zealand have quickly established themselves as quality Marlborough producers with their range of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. This Chardonnay has lovely texture due to lees stirring and balanced oak influence. Hints of citrus still remain to produce a Chardonnay of versatility.

Shaw & Smith M3 Chardonnay

Sourced and grown in the Adelaide Hills, this is a fine example of how good Chardonnay from this region can be. This is a blend of 3 different cultivars of the Chardonnay grape. Bunch pressed and in part wild fermented. Partial malolactic fermentation imparts further complexity. A beautifully textured and complex wine.

Grosset Springvale Riesling

Grosset Springvale Riesling from the Clare Valley sub-region of Watervale, takes its name from the Springvale Road vineyard located in the highest part of Watervale. Jeff Grosset's six hectare vineyard produces a wine full of ethereal aromatics, fragrant lemongrass and freshly squeezed lime. Pure lemon flavours over wet pebbles show on the palate that is accented by the wonderful minerality that is the signature of Grosset.

Yeringberg is one of Australia's most distinguished vineyards with a history over 150 years old. This blend of white Rhône varieties such as Marsanne Rousanne comes from vines planted mostly in 1969. Fresh, vibrant and lemony upon release, this wine develops real texture with some time in the cellars. An Australian classic.
