A contemporary cabernet sauvignon featuring alluring black and red berry fruit, briar and spicy oak aromas. The rich fruit driven palate builds slowly with cocoa tannins and blackcurrants coating the mouth before the restrained power and seamless structure deliver and elegant and long finish.

The Yellow Tail Shiraz has aromas of ripe berries and sweet vanilla. Spicy, sweet fruit flavours on the palate are matched with subdued earthy tones and fine tannins.

Yellow Tail Merlot is soft and supple, with sweet, plum and cherry flavours and a hint of liquorice or anise. Merlot is an excellent alternative to the heavier and more tannic red varieties.

Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright red colour with a fragrant nose of primary red fruits and blackcurrants. Aromas of crushed blackberries with sweet mocha also fill the nose. Brimming with rich blackcurrant fruit and sour cherry flavours, the wine is mid-weight and displays a soft velvety finish.

Lindeman's Early Harvest Crisp Chardonnay is a medium bodied wine with lively acidity and aromas of tropical fruit salads with subtle spicy vanilla oak undertone on the palate. It contains less alcohol and less calories than regular Lindeman's wines, yet still delivers the same outstanding Lindeman's quality.
