Jim Barry Armagh Shiraz

'One of Australia's highest quality single vineyard wines. The core has liqueur cassis qualities that are supported by fine velvet tannins that run with terrific length and tenacity. A wine for the discerning hedonist.' - Andrew Woodforth, Vintage Cellars Spit Junction. 'Now listed in the "exceptional" category of the Langton's Classification VI, this landmark red of the region hits you with wow-moment fruit, vibrant to the max and an OTT intensity rating. French oak adds a clove-like spice while the juicy core centres around super-concentrated raspberry rich flavours, the finish seems to last forever. Its history is profound and its cellar potential huge.' 5 Stars - Adelaide Advertiser, 14 May 2014, by Tony Love.

Brokenwood Wines HBA Vineyard Selection Shiraz

BROKENWOOD WINES HBA Vineyard Selection Shiraz, Hunter-McLaren Vale A museum release after ten years of cellaring at the winery the HBA Shiraz is an exultant blend. An amalgamation of the iconic Graveyard Vineyard from the Hunter Valley (Classified Exceptional) and the Wade Vineyard from Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale, where they source their highly rated single vineyard Block 2. Both regions had a warm and dry vintage, allowing the grapes to be picked at full ripeness, providing a beautifully balanced depth of flavour. Expressing sweet earthy notes and dark chocolate on the nose, the oak and fruit integration is seamless on the fine and medium to full-bodied palate, with a refined core of dark fruits and a lengthy finale.

Penfolds 65F By NIGO Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

Introducing 65F by NIGO. The iconic Penfolds chimney, re-imagined by NIGO. Inspired by the metal chimney which towers 65 feet over Penfolds Magill Estate Winery, NIGO revived material from our archive to inspire the design. Included in the gift box is a wine tag with a chalk pencil, taking inspiration from the chalk boards in the original working winery at Magill, and a chimney smoke wine stopper as a playful nod to the original purpose of the Magill estate chimney.

Sami-Odi Hoffmann Little Wine 5 Syrah Non-Vintage

Product Description: Sami-Odi’s Hoffmann Little Wine 5 Syrah NV is no ordinary bottle. This unvintaged blend draws on four harvests—2012 through 2015—meticulously assembled from parcels within the celebrated Hoffmann ‘Dallwitz’ vineyard. Here, vines planted as far back as pre-1912 stand alongside younger blocks, weaving a complex tapestry of Barossa Syrah. Just 4,955 bottles exist. The label features a McCahon study, painted in 2014 and reworked in 2015—an artwork echoing the wine’s layered, contemplative nature. Each sip is a glimpse into the past and present of a site revered for its low-yield, characterful fruit. Expect depth, savoury detail and fine-boned structure. Drink now with spiced lamb shoulder or cellar confidently for added dimension and a slow unfurling of its old-vine soul. Tasting Notes NOSE – Herbal and peppery Crushed black pepper, wild thyme and a flicker of dark florals. PALATE – Velvety dark fruit Black plum, smoked spice and earthy undertones wrapped in supple tannins. FINISH – Persistent savoury length Lingering notes of peppercorn, dried herbs and dark berry skins.
