This wine is a celebration of Grant Burge as a 5th generation Barossa vigneron. This rich Cabernet Merlot has concentrated redcurrant and dark plum flavours, supported by fine tannins and spicy oak. The refined structure of this wine makes it a great match with a wide range of dishes including barbequed meats and hearty tomato dishes.

Full-bodied dry red. Deep red with purple hues, rich plum, blackberry and spice overlaid with vanillin oak. Layered blackberry, raspberry and mulberry with chocolate, spice and silky tannins and a wonderfully textured finish.

Reschke Limestone Coast Shiraz
Situated in the heart of the Limestone Coast, Reschke benefits from optimal vineyard soils characterised by thin layers of rich red loams overlaying ancient limestone. This distinct combination provides the perfect foundation for grapevine growth, allowing Reschke to consistently craft high-quality wines that capture the essence of the region. This Shiraz has intense aromas of dark berries, black plums, and a touch of cracked black pepper. Ripe fruit flavours harmonise with notes of dark chocolate and subtle oak, creating a full-bodied and velvety mouthfeel, while well-integrated tannins contribute to the lingering finish that leaves traces of blackberry with a hint of spice.
Chateau Tanunda Parishes Cabernet Shiraz
Lifted aromas of blackberry and blueberry accompanied by vibrant dark berry fruits on the palate . The finish is long and with fine grain tannins from 18 months maturation in French Oak. Neville Rowe, Chief Winemaker, first discovered the wonder of wines as a teenager, when he stole a bottle of aged Riesling from his father’s cellar to enjoy with his girlfriend – he hasn’t looked back since! Neville is a firm believer that the most important piece to the puzzle (in terms of winemaking) is starting with the best quality fruit.
