Atkins Farm Sassy Sauvignon Blanc

Sassy by name, sassy by nature. This new wine from our friends at Fox Gordon captures the clean, varietal characters of Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, without going down the overt or pungent road. Lively flavours are lifted by textural notes and surprising length. The sassy is made from our premium estate-grown vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Sauvignon Blanc thrives in the cool climate and high altitude of this renowned region, displaying strong varietal intensity and regional expression. Sassy is full of citrus blossom aromas and delightful aromatics. The middle palate has lovely weight from time on lees and refreshing green apple crunchiness. A contagiously cheerful yet stylish wine.

Sidewood Chardonnay

Sitting high in the Adelaide Hills, Sidewood hand craft single vineyard wines of the utmost complexity. Their Chardonnay is made up of four French Chardonnay clones from the Ashwood vineyard and shows a crisp front palate with lifted layers of aromatic fruit. Each clone provides a unique flavour profile to the end result and delivers a wine displaying complex pear, peach & fig fruit flavours with some lovely nutmeg and sage spice notes.

Penfolds Max's Chardonnay

Penfolds Maxs Chardonnay is a tribute to former Chief Winemaker Max Schubert, a legend in Penfolds history. Pale straw in colour with green hues, this wine has a very nice textural and creamy palate with a soft line of acid fading ever so slowly to a distant palate horizon.

Alamont wine studio Balhannah Pinot Gris

Handpicked and chilled for 16 hours before whole bunch press. Gently pressed directly to old French oak. Slow ferment 10 -12 days and kept on full solids for the life of the wine. Post fermentation, barrels were stirred weekly for 8 weeks. 6 months on full solids before bottling in October.
