Santa Marta Limoncello

Santa Marta Limoncello is slightly cloudy opaque yellow in appearance. Good clean lemon zest nose with a hint of white pepper. Syrupy but not sickly-sweet palate with balance provided by fresh, zesty lemon zest notes. Lemon zest notes last throughout the long silky finish which again is well balanced by citrus acidity.

Hombo Shuzo Joto Chiran-cha Umeshu

Hombo Shuzo was established in 1872, and is located at the southern tip of the Satsuma peninsula in Kagoshima, on the island of Kyushu. They produce 'Imo' Shochu from freshly harvested local Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes which grow especially well in the southern Satsuma climate.

Konteki Pearls of Simplicity Junmai Daiginjo

From one of Japans smallest breweries, this Daiginjo is made with Japans highest quality rice and local Fushimi mizu, the soft, pure water from Japans Eastern Mountains. Highly-respected rice farmer Masayasu Tanaka carefully works the naturally fertilized soils of his farm in eastern Tottori prefecture to grow some of Japans best quality Yamada Nishiki, considered the pinnacle of premium sake rice. A bouquet of bright floral aromas is the perfect beginning for this crisp Junmai Daiginjo. Clean flavors of honeydew and lemon dominate but a subtle hint of licorice sneaks up once you get to the long and elegant finish. This is a great sipping sake but also a wonderful companion to a scallops, pork and other light meats.

Fukuju Junmai

Classic example of Nada style sake due to their hard water. Lots of stone fruit aromas, dry with good acidity to finish. Try with anything from fish and chips to chicken schnitzel.
