Sourced from the finest vineyards of the renowned Barossa region and using traditional winemaking techniques, our wine is a classic representation of the region to be perfectly paired with all your favourite cuts of meats and fish. This buttery Chardonnay offers yellow peach and nectarine notes with a hint of melon. A full and generous palate that is creamy and textural with sweet vanillin oak.

This beautifully mature 2017, has a Top Gold, 7 Golds and 96pts from Halliday. "Peter Lehmann's Margaret Semillon provides complex drinking and a length of flavour that many producers aspire to. It's a regional classic, and rightly so", as Dave Brooks writes in The Halliday Wine Companion, "All lemon butter spread on freshly toasted brioche with hints of soft spice, marzipan, wildflowers, crushed stone and drying fields. Directly from the heart of Eden Valley, the Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the cool climate, high altitude vineyard of Château Tanunda. A concentrated wine with the expected regional characteristics of mint leaves and ripe dark forest berries on the nose. Well framed tannins and acidity balancing with the subtle toasty oak towards a lengthy finish. A great weekday food wine.

The Pepperjack range is a tribute to the Barossas rich heritage. Our winemaking team has respect for traditional winemaking techniques and is also dynamic and imaginative. The Pepperjack winemakers are conscious of modern wine styles, and are creating wines that reflect our passion for this special region. The Pepperjack wines are rich and honest - showcasing the Barossas outstanding qualities. The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon shows aromas of ripe dark berry fruits, black currants and plums with mint and varietal leafy tones. The palate is rich and flavoursome, full of plush, dark fruit with some savouriness and hints of oak. The tannins are soft. Generous length and balance finishing rich and soft.

Deep dark colour with purple hues. The bouquet is rich in blackcurrants, chocolate and hints of aniseed. The palate is superbly balanced with dark berry fruits and plums,silky tannins giving rich and generous mouthfeel.
