The Pinot Gris grapes are picked at a slightly earlier stage of development thus having higher acidity and lower sugar levels. The resultant wine is lower in alcohol and has a crisp acid finish. The aromas of citrus and pear indulge the nose. The palate has lovely nashi pear and lemongrass flavours. The zingy acidity makes this wine linger in the mouth and leaves you wanting more.
