These wines are named after a person or event that has played an intrinsic role in the Peter Lehmann story. Over his 50-year career, Peter Lehmann has inspired countless people by sharing his talent, wit and passion for winemaking. It is these characteristics we honour with "Mentor". For this wine, they blended Barossa Cabernet with Shiraz and a dash of Malbec to create a wine with layers of texture and flavour. By drawing fruit from a number of Barossa sub-regionseach with their own unique terroirthe Mentor captures the immense regional definition of a great Barossa red. Having worked closely with the growers over the years, they share Peter's belief in growing wine, not just grapes, and work with the winemaking team to keep yields low and produce a complex wine, with rich and firm dark fruit flavour.

The nose of this wine exhibits mocha, blackberry and pepper aromas. The complex palate is filled with dark chocolate notes.

Production: 2015 Vintage - 100 Cases Oak maturation: New & 2 Yr old French oak hogshead casks for 15 months. Handpicked and gently crushed just after dusk on a cool night. Matured in new & used French oak barrels for 15 months. A Cabernet with dense ripe red and blue lifted fruits and rich cassis and tobacco notes. Some spice mixed with earthy tones. The wine is full bodied and fruit forward with pleasing black fruit surrounding a leafy core. The tannins are fine and focused. Good cleansing acidity with an elegant but savoury finish

St Hugo Signature Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is medium crimson in colour with garnet hues. A floral violet and spice lift, with a delicate balance of dried herbs, raspberry, and blackcurrant fruit notes entwined with supportive integrated elevating oak on the nose. The palate is classical and varietal at its core. Varietally tannins that build complimented by a bright blackcurrant floral fruit spectrum, enhanced with subtle refined oak.

The largest estate in St Emillion, Laroque has been in the Beaumartin family since 1935, but has been completely revitalised and garnered a cult following in the last decade. The vineyards were originally put down in the 18th Century, with the current vines planted in the 1960s. David Suire has taken in the mantle of winemaker with aplomb - his most recent releases being consistently excellent. Château Cantemerle's is a fifth growth (5ème Cru Classé) Chateau located in the Haut-Medoc appellation of Bordeaux. The Chateau is situated in one of the most beautiful settings of the region, in woodlands on the outskirts of the city of Bordeaux. The wine undergoes 12-16 months maturation in 50% new French oak barriques. Chateau Cantemerles style is lively and fruit forward. The best vintages show complex aromas and flavours of black currants, plums and spice with superb freshness and plentiful fine-grained tannins.
