Thörle Riesling is best consumed as a young wine, up to seven years after vintage.
Weingut Huls Riesling
Located in far western Germany, the Mosel valley's steep, southfacing slopes create the perfect climate for Riesling, giving the vines ideal exposure to the sun. The cool climate allows the grapes to ripen slowly while retaining bright acidity. Founder/Winemaker Markus Huls is widely considered one of the star producers of Mosel Riesling. Scent of citrus fruits, green apple, white pepper and flint stone. Lively, refreshing, balanced. Fresh finish with a long lasting slate mineral impression. This captures the elegant and racy characteristics of steep, slate-soil Mosel vineyards at a reasonable price.

Lethbridge Dr Nadeson Riesling
This Riesling by Lethbridge is Germanic in style, with fruit sourced from vines planted in 1982 at Barretts Vineyards near Drumborg. It is made using traditional German wine-making techniques, the hand-picked grapes were whole bunch pressed into tank for fermentation by wild yeast on partial solids. Fresh grapefruit acidity, underlying grapefruit, a dash of sherbet, some early bottle maturation honey and just a hint of ripe mango/peach fruit, all topped off with some yeast funk.
