Patrick of Coonawarra P Series Non-Vintage Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir

We are a small team at Patrick of Coonawarra, making award winning wine from our estate grown vineyards within the Limestone Coast of South Australia. We produce product of passion, perseverance, people & place. Tasting Notes: Bursting with floral fruit aromas, delicate bready/yeast undertones and hint of honey. The palate is fresh with fruit sweetness perfectly balanced with the crisp acidity that leaves you refreshed. Winemaker’S Note: This non-vintage blend is blended from several vintages to combine the freshness and crisp flavours of young Chardonnay with the texture and complexity of an aged base wine. The 10% Pinot Noir in the blend adds a roundness and lenght to the mouthfeel. Vintage Note: The base wines are a blend of multiple vintages dating back to 2006. The older wine gives some honey characters whislt the young wine gives freshness.

Colour Palate Chardonnay

Displaying fresh and vibrant aromas, Colour Palate is a richly scented Chardonnay balancing fruit weight with elegance and length of flavour on the palate. Showing white stone fruit, citrus and subtle spice and brioche characters.

Elephant In The Room Buttery Chardonnay

The Elephant in the Room wines are proudly large in scale and expansive in flavour. Ignoring fashion and braving the scorn “wine thought police” Elephant in the Room was created to give consumers exactly what they want – full bodied and mouth-filling wines that deliver maximum pleasure. Each wine is sourced from slow-ripening cool climate vineyards in the Limestone Coast of South Australia and partially matured in French Oak before final blending and bottling by Corey Ryan.

Elephant in the Room Chardonnay

Elephant in the Room Chardonnay is medium, deep straw yellow in colour with a highly expressive nose of ripe peach and melon aromas, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst peach, guava and melon flavours with a rich and soft texture building to a mouthcoating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

William Hardy Chardonnay

The Limestone Coast has a climate well suited for growing Chardonnay, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours to develop. A classic style, William Hardy Chardonnay is medium bodied with generous peach and stone fruit flavours, complemented by sweet vanilla oak to a long and soft finish. The result is a fine elegant Chardonnay.
