Made using a tradition family recipe and Queensland barley aged for 7 years in ex redwine reconditioned French Oak barriques with American oak heads. This whisky displays rich luxurious amber colour, sweet honey and spice on the nose. Complex sherry, port and vanilla on the palate. Perfect for celebrating births, weddings, wakes and anything in between.

Matured exclusively in the finest sherry oak casks. Vibrant summer fruits burst on the palate, followed by a rewardingly long finish. Natural colour and un-chillfiltered.

An ode to the traditional use of peat in Glendronachs younger distilling days. This expression boasts a wonderful balance of peat characters, that complement the spirit itself, while still maintaining the classic sherried Glendronach we know and love. Matured in bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks.

Matured first in bourbon barrels then Oloroso casks, there's no finer example of a sherry cask finish than our 15 Year Old. It's the final three years spent in Oloroso sherry casks that gives Bowmore 15 Year Old the rich, deep colour and robust warming finish.

Amahagan World Malt Edition was founded base on one of the most important technique in Whisky blending. This is the fifth release of World Malt Amahagan series. Matured in sherry cask which is one of most popular type of casks all over the world.Nose: impressive aroma of ripe fruit and fresh-baked apple. Brown sugar, dried citrus fruits, freshly grated leather.Palate: Smooth taste with a tangy end of strawberry jam and end of sweetness. Swirling aromas of maple syrup and raisin over flow as the time pass by.Finish: Lingering finish sings with dryness and gentle species which come from cask maturation.

The Dalmore story began in 1839 with Alexander Matheson who lived in the Highlands of Northern Scotland. Matheson found the rich peat and pure water sources of the Highlands to be the makings of a perfect whisky. He built a distillery in the area and produced small batches until 1886, when the Mackenzie family acquired his operation. When a member of the Mackenzie family risked his own life to save Scotland’s ruler, King Alexander III, from a charging stag, the grateful king offered a token of his appreciation by bequeathing the stag to the Mackenzie family as a symbol of valor and courage. And more than 130 years later, the stag head still appears on every bottle of The Dalmore. Today, Dalmore distillery has ten stone warehouses and eight pot-stills, several which date back to the late 1800s. Much of the distillery burned down during World War I while occupied by the U.S. Navy, but production resumed in 1922. The production process is meticulous and includes double distillations in copper pot-stills and aging in white oak and sherry wood casks.
