Sourced from the original Dixons Creek Estate vineyard, this Chardonnay speaks of place and shines a light on one of the Yarra Valleys most prized grape varieties. Fresh, zesty citrus and melon jump from the glass supported by notes of almond meal and sublte French oak spice. The palate shows incredible clarity of fruit framed up by the considered use of new French oak. Barrell fermentation and lees stirring adds a level of richness and compexity delivering an wine that speaks of place. The Estate Vineyard wines are elegant, handcrafted wines that reflect the unique characters of the De Bortoli Yarra Valley Estate in Dixons Creek. Gently fragrant with classic perfumed Pinot Gris characters of pear and orange blossom. Textural flavours, soft acidity, stone fruits classic 'Gris' style.

The Estate Vineyard consists of a series of small plots of mature Chardonnay. Citrus florals, mineral, complex, white flowers and stone fruit. Purity of flavour, lovely shape, dry, savoury and delicious.

It may be the second label of Scotchman's Hill but don't be deceived the quality of this wine is first rate! Delicate, floral and perfumed aromas are backed up by ripe melon and stone fruit flavours.

This Chardonnay Pinot noir sparkling wine from Airlie Bank has aromas of citrus fruits and subtle apricot, complemented by a doughy, bready complexity. Fresh and vibrant with a focused palate structure of apple blossom and citrus characters with complex brioche notes.

Rich stone fruit, with aromas of citrus. The palate has ripe grapefruit and clean finish.

This wine has an array of fruit flavours of melon, fig and peach, these flavours are complimented by spicy oak, the wine finishes soft yet full, with good length.

Farm To Table Chardonnay is pale straw with light green reflections, this chardonnay bursts with aroma of stone fruit and rock melon. Medium-bodied, this wine fills your palate with peach and melon flavours a hint of oak and has a generously flavoured, soft finish.

Château Martinolles Limoux is bright gold in colour. On the nose - complex with tropical fruit aromas, oak, brioche and toast. To taste, full-bodied rich and creamy notes. Elegant with a long toasty finish and best served with seafood, white meat in creamy sauce or as an aperitif.

The 2015 Cherry Tree Hill Chardonnay is a great example of a cool climate wine. The depth of amazing fruit is complimented perfectly by subtle oak tannins integrated from ten months ageing in large format French and Hungarian oak barrels.
