Using fresh crushed apples Sydney Brewery Original Cider is lovingly fermented with Champagne yeast then lightly carbonated. It has a medium sweetness with an abundance of apples adn a wine style stucture. Sydney's most awarded cider, winning multiple trophies and gold medals at both local and international shows. Just awarded a Gold medal in the Cider Australia Awards for 2022.
