This Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been crafted by master distiller Jim McEwan from individually selected casks to showcase the classic, floral and elegant Bruichladdich house style.

Nestled away in the far north of Scotland's Highland region is the distillery of Clynelish. Situated at Brora on the stormy North East coast, this 14 Year Old single malt has been matured in specially selected oak casks and then bottled at the full 46%. Displaying a waxy nose with a hint of sugar and florals, the whisky arrives on the palate with power and flavours of signature spice and maritime saltiness.

Caol Ila Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky appears a clear, opulent gold colour with a wonderfully aromatic nose of spice, ripe fruit and a slight smokiness. Medium palate with a sweet maltiness striking first, then becoming overwhelmed by peat smoke and crisp cinnamon spice. Finish is long, rounded and robust.

A new release from The Macallan and one we were thrilled to learn of. Matured in a combination of American and European Sherry oak almost 50:50, though slightly weighted towards American oak ex-Sherry casks. New oak is shipped from America across to Spain, where expert Coopers craft casks. These casks are then sherry seasoned before traveling to the Speyside distillery to mature for twelve years. These whiskies are then united with counterparts aged in sherry seasoned European oak casks. The result is, as you might expect nothing short of seamless. On the palate youll find some spice along with some green fruits though the meat of the palate remains true to style, featuring fat caramelised sultanas, vanilla and wood spice. Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky appears pale amber in colour with a wonderfully aromatic nose of sherry, honey and slight smokiness. Light to medium palate with a big, powerful spicy kick, followed by a sweet oaky finish with a hint of vanilla.

Established in 2005, Kilchoman (pronounced Kilhoman) is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland. Based on a farm on the rugged west coast of Islay, Kilchoman is the first distillery to be built on the Island for 125 years. Matured in a combination of both Bourbon and Sherry casks, Kilchoman Machir Bay is a well-balanced combination of rich tropical fruit, peat smoke, light vanilla and intense sweetness.

Created in 1932 by Sir Alexander Walker, the uniquely shaped bottle will sit and 'swing'. This was in fact the very last blend created by Alexander Walker and today still features the 'Striding Man' in his original pose of walking from right to left, while all other Johnnie Walker scotch's now feature a left to right moniker. The swing is a multi-year blend from Speyside, Highlands and Islay and is noted for its rich, golden colour and silky smooth palate with inherent sweetness.
