Braulio Amaro
Amaro Braulio originated in Bormio, Valtellina in 1875, thanks to the skillful expertise and the clever research of Francesco Peloni, a chemist with a deep knowledge in the field of medicinal aromatic herbs. Amaro Braulio is obtained by the infusion of plants, roots and aromatic alpine herbs and by a two-year ageing process in sessile oak-barrels. With its alcohol content of 21% amaro Braulio is noted for its taste and its refined aroma.
Fernet Branca
Over forty herbs spices and flowers have been used to produce Fernet Branca. It is a secret family recipe which has been handed down since 1845. Although thought to have medicinal properties, its best known as digestif, poured over ice, to cleanse the palate after a meal or as a mixer with juice or soft drinks. A dark brown colour with aromas and flavours strongly accented with bitter herbs and mint. Dry throughout and finishes with a positive bitterness.
Carpano Antica Formula 1786 Red Vermouth
Carpano Antica Formula, first created in 1786, is an authentic Italian vermouth recipe and one of the first vermouth ever made. It is made from white wine, Piedmont's muscatel and the rich wines from southern Italy. It is produced in limited quantities with expert craftsmanship. Traditionally served straight and well chilled as an aperitif or used to transform a common Manhattan cocktail or as a key ingredient in the Negroni cocktail.
Malfy Con Arancia Gin
Malfy Gin is distilled in Italy, the birthplace of gin, distilled by the Vergnano family. Using Italian ingredients, including lemons from the Amalfi coast, gives Malfy its signature Italian flavour. Mastic Tears Lemon Mastiha Spirit Liqueur
Product Information: Refreshing and delicate, this liqueur deftly combines the Chios Mastiha with lemon. Well integrated resinous aromas with lemon zest refresh your nose and mouth with a very good balance of sweetness and acidity. Like limoncello only more flavoursome. Mastic Tears is made by EVA Distillers in Mytilene on the Island of Lesbos, Greece, a range of distinctive mastiha liqueur. The base of this traditional Greek liqueur is Mastiha, derived from the resin of mastic trees and sweetened lightly with sugar. The resin forms droplets resembling tears and harvested using precise methods. While mastic trees grow throughout Greece, only those on the island of Chios produce this resin. Curiously attempts to replicate this resin production elsewhere have been unsuccessful, adding to its mystique. Fine white soil, is spread on the ground to create a smooth surface ready for the mastic tears to fall on. It is done with the help of a small sharp metal tool with grooved ends, called kentitiri. Mastic is gathered before the first autumn rain and the cleaning and sorting process begins.
