Our Native Grain is the first whiskey in the world ever to be made with Australian native cereal grains. We've used hand-harvested weeping grass - cultivated by Aboriginal Australians for tens of thousands of years and offering a dry, grassy spice - to create the world's first truly Australian Whiskey, matured exclusively in South Australian French oak cabernet sauvignon casks.

Corowa Characters pays homage to the four “lads” who make up the production team at Corowa Distilling Co. Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Crafted from Australian wheat, Archie Rose Original Vodka is carefully distilled in a handmade 300L copper pot still constructed in Tasmania by Australias only stillmaker. Complex, clean and crisp, with subtle notes of fresh apple and mint, each bottle is individually marked with the distillation date, bottle and batch number, and is perfect for sipping neat or as the base of your favourite cocktail.

An award winner, this tripled distilled in a copper pot and macerated for 3 days using 14 Australian native botanicals (plus one non-native). The navy strength is a citral driven Gin that has been tricked up with lemon-scented gum, ginger and pepper berry.

Mt Compass Gin is produced from Australian grown grain distilled in small batches using a carefully chosen blend of traditional and indigenous botanicals - Juniper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon and Lemon myrtle. This selection provides us with a perfectly balanced yet complex Gin that is both elegant and aromatic , ideally suited to be enjoyed traditionally mixed with Tonic and a slice or wedge of lime or used in your favourite cocktail.
