The perfectly balanced taste of our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is comprised of more than 200 detectable flavour notes, from bold grain and wood, to sweet aromatics, spice, and fruit & floral notes.

Whiskey Row Eighteenth-Century is a Blend of Straight Bourbon recipe that follows the early tradition with prominent corn like the early settlers. High corn mash bill, honey hole selection. Tasting Notes: Sweet and crisp flavors distilled from Ohio Valley corn mellowed with the essence of vanilla and caramel, maple syrup, naturally extracted from new charred oak barrels for an authentic honey hole expression. Process: It is a blend of high corn bourbon whiskey and four-grain bourbon whiskey from 2 distilleries, all of which have their own proprietary yeast and mash bills. All barrels are at least four years old.

In 1940 a very special bottle of barrel-aged bourbon was brought on a wild turkey hunt. The name stuck and still signifies exceptional, aged bourbon today. Master Distiller Eddie Russell honours this tradition by ageing our bourbon longer - from five up to eight years - in number four 'alligator char' American oak barrels.

Nose: Hints of candied ginger, with spicy anise and citrus aromas. Taste: Packed with ginger intensity, balanced with brown sugar and a peppery kick. Some might find it almost sour due to the high ginger content. Finish: A continuation of the ginger intensity, potentially with lingering spice.
