This great Clare Valley Riesling opens with lavender, pear and talc aromas. Juicy fruit continues on the palate adding some bruised apple, refreshing acidity, viscosity and mid palate weight. Ideal as an aperitif, with spicy cuisine or with most seafood dishes.

The fruit for this wine was sourced from the famous Watervale region off the Castine family Golf House vineyard. A classic dry style of Riesling with provocative lime, lemon and floral aromas. The grapes for our 2016 Showy Willow Sauvignon Blanc come from a small vineyard at the top of Willunga Hill in the Adelaide Hills. The fruit was hand pick and progressively transported to our winemaker in McLaren for crushing and fermentation.
