With a history dating back to 1878, the Pike family has a past rich in brewing and winemaking. Current custodians, Neil & Andrew form a formidable partnership creating wines that express terroir magnificently. One of their icon wines, the 'Traditionale' Riesling manages to capture the essence of Clare Valley year after year.

Its one of the worlds greatest white wine varieties because its light, fresh and easy drinking.The palate is driven by a line of beautiful, minerally acid and slightly sweet, fruit focused finish.

Just over 20 years ago, Claymore Wines was humbly established with small volumes of Grenache and Riesling from a single vineyard in Penwortham. Since then, the estate has grown to include additional varietals and 44 hectares across three additional vineyards in Watervale.

Appearance: Bright honeysuckle. Bouquet: Bosche pear, nectarine and basil leaf aromas. Palate: Juicy flavours of white peach and pear intertwine with the bright acidity of freshly squeezed lemon, create a lively symphony of taste sensations.

Taylors Pinot Gris is a strikingly varietal wine showing notes of baked apple and pear on the nose, with characteristic texture on the palate and soft acidity on the finish. Ideally suited to a whole range of foods, especially flash-barbecued prawns.

The aromatics of this wine are so vibrant - jumping out of the glass. A beautiful, appealing perfume full of floral notes and orange blossom with touches of freshly zested limes. The Palate gives good fruit weight and a gentle acidic mouth feel full of clean citrus flavours. This lovely textured Riesling can be enjoyed with fresh seafood.
