Amargo Chuncho Bitters
A complex and well balanced combination of over 30 various peels, herbs, roots, barks and flowers from the Peruvian forest including Quina and Sarrapia leaves. Aromatic and rich nose and taste, mild bitterness and fine spicy notes. This is the original and best bitters for making a Pisco Sour and other mixed drinks.
Santa Marta Limoncello
Santa Marta Limoncello is slightly cloudy opaque yellow in appearance. Good clean lemon zest nose with a hint of white pepper. Syrupy but not sickly-sweet palate with balance provided by fresh, zesty lemon zest notes. Lemon zest notes last throughout the long silky finish which again is well balanced by citrus acidity.
Galliano White Sambuca
Similar to the famous Black Sambuca from Galliano, the White has a lighter texture and a more open flavour. Such an aromatic drink can be enjoyed in many ways, but a favourite is neat alongside a coffee.
Bob's Liquorice Bitters
A sweet woody earthy flavour with a touch of anise and fennel. Slight barky notes with a bittersweet finish.
Bob's Coriander Bitters
Fresh lemon zest flavour with warm nutty undertones. The spice comes through sharply with a slight hint of sweetness with a bitter caramel finish.
Allegrini Valpolicella DOC
Ruby red in colour, with purplish-blue highlights; the nose exhibits fragrant fruit with prominent notes of cherries, echoed by fresher hints of pepper and aromatic herbs, typical of Corvina and Corvinone, the historic varietals of this appellation. Whilst young it is impressively lively and playful on the palate whereas some two years on it expresses greater delicacy and finesse.
Cantine Pra Valpolicella 'La Morandina' DOC
Bright red colour with tints of purple. The mineral notes in the wine are accentuated with the period of maturation in the bottle. The nose is of sharp spice and berries. On the palate it has good acidity and freshness. The persistent tannins give harmony to the wine, with an aftertaste of black pepper and currant. Light drying period of 20 days. The grapes are destemmed, pressed and vinified with delestage method. Alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic one in vertical stainless steel vats. 3-6 months ageing in 20hl oak cask of Allier. Located in the heart of the Soave Classico DOC near Verona, Cantine Pra is run by brothers Sergio and Graziano Pra, the former tending the estates 25 hectares of vineyards and the latter in charge of the cantine. The Pra range of wines are considered to be one of the benchmarks for the region including the Soave Classico, an un-oaked Soave Classico Superiore, Monte Grande, the barrique aged Soave Classico Colle Sant' Antonio and a stunning Recioto di Soave Classico. A producer that is totally in tune with their terroir and what the varieties Garganega and Trebbiano are capable of delivering in the glass.
